Butter cubes with Setra balsamic vinegar

Ingredients:
Setra balsamic vinegar 70 ml; 
1 tsp of honey; 
room temperature unsalted butter 100 g; 
1 tbsp of chopped fresh thyme; 
1 tbsp of finely minced fresh garlic; 
Setra salt to taste.

Butter cubes with Setra balsamic vinegar
Preparation:
  • 1 Mix balsamic vinegar and honey (the honey should be completely dissolved). Put aside.
  • 2 Mix the butter, salt, fresh thyme and garlic well in a separate bowl. Add the balsamic mixture.
  • 3 ix all the ingredients in a bowl using a mixer; first at low speed, then gradually increasing the speed to high, until the consistency of the mixture becomes creamy.
  • 4 Immediately after mixing, place the mass in a pastry bag (or plastic bag). Squeeze the mass into the ice cube tray (if using a plastic bag, then cut off the corner). 
  • 5 Place the tray in the fridge for at least 4-6 hours to allow the mass to harden.
Most important, all the ingredients must be at room temperature (but do not let the butter melt), otherwise the balsamic and butter will not be able to mix and penetrate each other.
