Ingredients:

cream 33% 500 ml;

a few cloves of garlic;

sprigs of thyme and rosemary (you can use any herbs to taste);

Setra salt to taste.

Preparation:

1. Whisk the cream using a food processor to thicken the butter.

2. Wash the resulting lump in clean water.

3. Add salt, finely chopped herbs and garlic to taste.
