Dacha Kharcho with Setra turkey stew

Ingredients:
2 cans of Setra turkey stew; 
1 bag of rice; 
1 onion; 
1 carrot; 
2-3 potatoes; 
2-3 medium tomatoes; 
1 tsp of vegetable oil; 
SETRA salt to taste; 
1 tbsp of tomato paste; 
2 tsp khmeli-suneli seasoning; 
3 cloves of garlic; 
dill; 
1 liter of water.

Dacha Kharcho with Setra turkey stew
Preparation:
  • 1 Wash and peel all the vegetables. Blanch the tomatoes (remove the skin). Cook rice in a bag.
  • 2 Dice onion into small pieces, dice tomatoes to normal cubes, grate carrots on a coarse grater, chop garlic and dill finely. ⠀
  • 3 Fry the onion in a saucepan in vegetable oil over medium heat, add carrots, then garlic (keep stirring).
  • 4 Cut the potatoes into bars and add to the vegetables.
  • 5 Put the tomatoes in the pan, stir, add the turkey fillet and mix again.
  • 6 Add a little water (about 200 ml), spices and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • 7 Add the remaining water to the pot. Add the tomato paste and stir. Add salt if necessary.
  • 8 The soup is ready when the potatoes are finally soft. Turn off the fire. Add the cooked rice.
  • 9 When serving, garnish with chopped dill.
