1 can of Setra beef stew;
boiled buckwheat 200-300 g;
half a medium carrot;
half an onion;
herbs to taste;
1-2 tsp of vegetable oil;
Setra salt to taste.

Buckwheat with Setra beef stew
Preparation:
  • 1 Boil the buckwheat.
  • 2 Chop the onion and grate the carrots.
  • 3 Put the pan on the fire, pour in the oil.
  • 4 Add the chopped onion and fry until transparent.
  • 5 Then add the carrot to the pan and fry over high heat for about 5 minutes. Turn down the heat.
  • 6 Mash the beef slightly and put it in the pan with the onion and carrot, mix. 
  • 7 Pour the cooked buckwheat into the pan, mix, pour 2-3 tsp. of "broth" from a can of beef. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • 8 Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped herbs.
