milk 500 ml; 
2 eggs; 
flour 250 g; 
1 tbsp of vegetable oil; 
1 tsp of Setra salt.

Turkey stew pancakes Setra
Preparation:
  • 1 Prepare pancake batter: mix all the ingredients, starting with the eggs and, stirring, add milk, flour, salt and butter.
  • 2 Prepare the filling: mash the Turkey fillet with a fork and put it in a bowl, add the creme fraiche, and mix. 
  • 3 Bake pancakes, cool slightly. 
  • 4 Put the filling on the pancake and form bags, securing them with a stalk of green onions.
