Bruschetta with Setra pates

Ingredients:
Setra meat pates; 
4 pieces of white bread; 
1 fresh tomato; 
sun-dried tomatoes 10 g; 
orange slices 10 g; 
grapes 10 g; 
pine kernels 5 g; 
red pepper slice; 
almond petals 5 g; 
olive oil 10 ml; 
1 clove of garlic; 
ground black pepper and spices to taste; 
herbs.

Bruschetta with Setra pates
Preparation:
  • 1 Toast the bread in a dry pan or in the oven until golden. It will take 3-5 minutes in the oven (depending on the size of the bread slice) at a temperature of 200°C.
  • 2 Soak toasted bread in olive oil, pouring a little on each slice. 
  • 3 Chop half of the herbs finely, break apart the other hafl with hands. Chop the garlic finely. Cut the tomato into rings and the orange into small slices.
  • 4 Put the pate on the bread. Top with different ingredients (each bruschetta has its own set): tomato, red pepper, orange, grapes, herbs, nuts, almond petals. Add salt and pepper to taste.
