Preparation:

Bake potatoes in their jackets, let them cool. Peel the cooled potatoes. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Blender the potatoes, cream, cheese and add flour, salt.

Form the dumplings.

Melt the butter n a frying pan, adding a sprig of rosemary and garlic. Fry the dumplings.

Prepare the sauce: put the butter in a saucepan and melt over medium heat. Add flour, whisking the butter. Add salt and pepper and cook, stirring constantly, for a couple of minutes. The mass should be of a uniform consistency. Continuing to whisk the mixture, pour in half of cream and cook for about a minute. Add the remaining cream and cook, stirring, for another 3-5 minutes, until the sauce thickens.

Place the dumplings on a plate, top with the turkey fillet and drizzle with the cream sauce.
