Ingredients:
potatoes200 g; 
cream 150 g; 
cheese 100 g; 
Setra turkey stew 150 g; 
flour 70 g; 
2 cloves of garlic; 
a sprig of rosemary; 
Setra salt to taste.
For the sauce: 
butter 60 g; 
2 tbsp of flour; 
cream 450 ml;
ground black pepper and salt to taste.

Italian dumplings with Setra turkey stew
Preparation:
  • 1 Bake potatoes in their jackets, let them cool. Peel the cooled potatoes. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  • 2 Blender the potatoes, cream, cheese and add flour, salt.
  • 3 Form the dumplings. 
  • 4 Melt the butter n a frying pan, adding a sprig of rosemary and garlic. Fry the dumplings.
  • 5 Prepare the sauce: put the butter in a saucepan and melt over medium heat. Add flour, whisking the butter. Add salt and pepper and cook, stirring constantly, for a couple of minutes. The mass should be of a uniform consistency. Continuing to whisk the mixture, pour in half of cream and cook for about a minute. Add the remaining cream and cook, stirring, for another 3-5 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
  • 6 Place the dumplings on a plate, top with the turkey fillet and drizzle with the cream sauce.
