Preparation:

Prepare the dough: mix all the ingredients until smooth and put in a baking mould, forming a cake. The cake should be thin 2-3 mm thick. Leave part of the dough for the "grid". Put it in the fridge.

Cut the bell pepper and tomatoes into halves.

Mash the Turkey fillet with a fork and put it in the cake, arrange the peppers, tomatoes and crumble the ricotta.

Grate the Parmesan, mix 1/2 of the cheese with the cream and pour the filling into the cake. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top and form "grids".
