Quiche with Setra turkey stew

For the filling:
1 can of Setra turkey stew;
sweet pepper 100 g;
ricotta 100 g;
cream 33% 200 ml;
Parmesan 70 g;
cherry tomatoes 30 g.
For the dough:
flour 150 g;
butter 75 g;
Setra salt 5 g;
1 egg.

Quiche with Setra turkey stew
Preparation:
  • 1 Prepare the dough: mix all the ingredients until smooth and put in a baking mould, forming a cake. The cake should be thin 2-3 mm thick. Leave part of the dough for the "grid". Put it in the fridge.
  • 2 Cut the bell pepper and tomatoes into halves.
  • 3 Mash the Turkey fillet with a fork and put it in the cake, arrange the peppers, tomatoes and crumble the ricotta. 
  • 4 Grate the Parmesan, mix 1/2 of the cheese with the cream and pour the filling into the cake. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top and form "grids". 
  • 5 Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes.
