Pasta with Setra mackerel

Ingredients for 2 serves:
1 can of Setra mackerel;
tomatoes 200 g;
half an onion;
2 cloves of garlic;
half a sweet pepper;
a handful of olives;
parsley;
pasta (spaghetti) 200-250 g;
olive oil;
half a lemon;
Setra salt to taste;
pepper to taste.

Pasta with Setra mackerel
Preparation:
  • 1 Cut pepper into pieces and fry until crisp, then remove.
  • 2 Chop the onion and garlic, then cook in a frying pan until transparent in the mackerel oil.
  • 3 Add tomatoes, roasted peppers, olives, salt, pepper and sugar to taste. Leave for 10 minutes.
  • 4 Boil the water and cook the pasta.
  • 5 A couple of minutes before the pasta is ready, add mackerel into the sauce to warm it up.
  • 6 Drain the pasta and drizzle with olive oil. 
  • 7 Put the pasta on a plate and pour the sauce over it.
  • 8 Sprinkle generously with parsley, ground black pepper and lemon juice.
