Nicoise salad with Setra balsamic vinegar

Ingredients for 2 serves:
1 can of canned tuna;
6-8 quail eggs;
6-8 cherry tomatoes;
Rucolla lettuce leaves; 
1 red onion;
10-15 olives (green olives).
For dressing:
4 tbsp of olive oil; 
1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar;
1 tsp of Dijon mustard;
1/2 tsp of lemon juice.

Nicoise salad with Setra balsamic vinegar
Preparation:
  • 1 Wash and dry vegetables and lettuce.
  • 2 Boil eggs, cool them and cut them into halves along with the cherry tomatoes.
  • 3 Cut the red onion into half rings. 
  • 4 Break the rucolla with your hands and put it on a plate, add the tomatoes, onions and eggs. Decorate the top with olives.
  • 5 Dressing: mix all the ingredients for the dressing.
