Ingredients:
1 Dorado fish carcass;
Setra large sea salt 1-1,15 kg;
Setra fine sea salt 1 kg;
2 egg whites;
2-3 slices of lemon;
a few sprigs of rosemary;
1 sprig of thyme;
ground pepper to taste;
1/2 tsp of sweet ground paprika;
drinking water 70-100 ml

Fish baked in Setra salt
Preparation:
  • 1 Clean, gut and wash the fish.
  • 2 Put lemon slices, rosemary, thyme and pepper inside the fish.
  • 3 Prepare the salt: mix the coarse salt, fine salt, paprika, egg whites and water. Mix thoroughly.
  • 4 Divide the prepared salt mixture into two parts. Put one part of the mixture on parchment lined on a baking sheet. Put the fish on top and cover it with the rest of the salt.
  • 5 Place the baking sheet with a fish into the oven and bake at 200°C for about 30-35 minutes.
  • 6 Remove the baking sheet from the oven, tap the shell to crack and carefully remove the fish. Put the fish on a plate and enjoy the taste!
