Ingredients:
1 can of Setra chicken fillet;
champignons 400 g;
sour cream 250g;
1 large onion;
1 small clove of garlic;
2 tbsp of flour;
water 400 ml;
vegetable oil;
Setra salt and pepper to taste.

Setra mushroom and chicken fillet sauce
Preparation:
  • 1 Put the chicken fillet in a plate (along with the broth) and mash with a fork.
  • 2 Fry the finely chopped onion, garlic and mushrooms in a frying pan in vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 3 Fry the flour in a dry pan until it turn golden. Add water, stirring thoroughly to avoid lumps. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes.
  • 4 Put sour cream in a frying pan with mushrooms, add Setra chicken fillet, mix and gradually pour in water mixed with flour. Add spices and salt to taste. Cover with the lid and braise the sauce on low heat for 5-10 minutes. Mushrooms and Setra chicken fillet cream sauce is ready.
