Ingredients:
marrows 500 g;
1 can of Setra turkey stew;
white cheese 100 g;
1 onion;
1 bunch of green onions;
1 bunch of parsley;
1 sprig of fresh basil;
3 tbsp of vegetable oil;
2 eggs;
3 tbsp of sour cream;
flour 80 g;
1 tsp of paprika;
Setra salt to taste;
ground black pepper;
herbs (for garnish).

Preparation:
  • 1 Put the turkey fillet in a bowl (along with the broth) and mash. Chop the parsley, basil and green onions with a knife. Chop the onion finely and saute. Grate white cheese on a coarse grater. Mix the filling.
  • 2 Peel the marrow and cut it lengthwise into thin plates of 3-5 mm.
  • 3 Whisk eggs with a fork, add sour cream, paprika, salt and ground black pepper to taste, and mix. Add flour, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and whisk with a fork. Combine the egg mixture with the filling and mix well.
  • 4 Grease a heat-resistant casserolle with vegetable oil, put in layers of marrow, egg mixture, then another layer of marrow and egg mixture, smooth the surface. Bake for 40 minutes. in a preheated 180°C oven. Garnish the casserole with herbs, cut into portions and serve.
