Salad with orange jelly and Setra turkey fillet

Ingredients:
1 can of Setra turkey fillet;
sour apples 120 g;
ripe avocado 120g;
celery stalk 120g;
red onion 30 g;
zest of half orange;
2 tbsp of mayonnaise;
small bunch of coriander.
Ingredients for jelly:
fresh orange juice 500ml;
dry champagne 100 ml;
gelatin 10 g;
sugar to taste.

Salad with orange jelly and Setra turkey fillet
Preparation:
  • 1 Prepare the jelly: dissolve the gelatin in a small amount of water. Pour the orange juice into a saucepan, add sugar (if necessary), bring to a boil and remove from the heat. Pour in champagne, add gelatin, and stir. Pour liquid into the molds and let it freeze in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
  • 2 Dice an apple, avocado and vegetables for salad, add the grated zest and chopped turkey fillet; mix and season with mayonnaise.
  • 3 Put the salad on a plate forming a slide with a mold. Garnish with a sprig of coriander and diced orange jelly.
