Ingredients:
1 can of Setra turkey fillet;
water 1.5 l;
4 potatoes;
1 carrot;
2 medium onionsы;
a young celery stalk;
1/3 small dense head of cauliflower;
butter 50 g;

Peel and chop vegetables: carrots - small dices, celery stalks - rings, onions - small dices or half rings, potatoes - dices, but slightly larger than other vegetables.

Put potatoes into boiling water, bring to a boil and cook for 10-12 minutes. Add the chopped vegetables to the ready potatoes and cook the soup for another 5-7 minutes until the celery and carrots are cooked. It is recommended to pre-boil cauliflower until half-cooked (2 minutes) in a separate bowl, putting it into separate florets. Then, add the cauliflower and beans to the soup and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Cut the Setra turkey fillet into portions and put it in the soup together with the broth.

Turn off the heat, cover the soup with the lid and let it brew for a few minutes.
