Tortillas with chicken fillet and Setra turkey fillet fillings

Ingredients: 
12 ready-made tortillas;
5 tbsp of vegetable oil;
Parmesan 100 g;
herbs (any).
Ingredients for chicken filling:
1 can of Setra chicken fillet;
1 onion;
1 young marrow;
half of yellow sweet pepper.
Ingredients for turkey filling: 
1 can of Setra turkey fillet;
2 tomatoes;
3 cloves of garlic;
1 tsp of paprika;
1 red hot pepper;
1/2 can of red canned beans.

Tortillas with chicken fillet and Setra turkey fillet fillings
Preparation:
  • 1 Make the chicken filling.
    Peel onion and marrow and remove the core from the pepper. Chop the onion, pepper, and marrow in filaments. Split the chicken fillet into pieces (along the fibers). Fry the onion in 1 tablespoon of preheated oil for 2 minutes. Add the marrow and pepper and fry for 3 minutes. Then add the chicken fillet and fry together with the vegetable mix for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 2 Prepare the turkey filling.
    Remove seeds out of the hot pepper and chop it. Dice tomatoes. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the minced garlic, tomatoes and pepper for 3 minutes.
    Add the canned beans (without liquid) and turkey fillet, and fry for 3 minutes. Season with salt and paprika.
  • 3 Heat the tortillas in a frying pan for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  • 4 Spread the filling on the tortilla and add herbs. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • 5 Roll the tortillas into tubes. You can serve it with sour cream.
