Ingredients:
bunch of fresh arugula;
1 mango;
1 avocado;
1 mini mozzarella; 
a handful of pine kernels; 
"Glaze Curry" Setra sauce based on Modena and curry balsamic vinegar;
olive oil;
Setra salt and pepper to taste.

Mango salad with "Glaze Curry" Setra sauce based on balsamic vinegar and curry
Preparation:
  • 1 Cut the avocado into half rings and dice mango.
  • 2 Mix with fresh arugula and mini mozzarella. 
  • 3 Add salt and pepper to taste. Add a tablespoon of olive oil. 
  • 4 Before serving, garnish with pine kernels and drizzle with glaze Setra sauce.
