Ingredients:
bunch of green leaf lettuce (mix);
1 large tomato;
a handful of basil;
1 burrata cheese; 
Setra salt and black pepper to taste; 
"Glaze Jalapeno" SeTra sauce based on Modena and balsamic vinegar from and Jalapeño pepper.

Salad with burrata and "Glaze Jalapeno" Setra sauce based on balsamic vinegar and Jalapeño pepper
Preparation:
  • 1 Form a green salad mix pillow on a plate.
  • 2 Cut the tomato into large round slices and place on top of the salad.
  • 3 Place the cheese on the top of tomato slices in the center.
  • 4 Garnish with basil leaves on top.
  • 5 Season with salt and pepper.
  • 6 Add the Glaze Jalapeno Setra sauce in sharp, long backward movements over the entire surface of the salad.
