Ingredients:
sugar 80 g;
peanuts 100 g;
33% fat content cream 150 ml;
butter 20 g;
Setra Himalayan fine pink salt 5 g;
chocolate 50 g;
a pinch of Setra Himalayan large pink salt (for garnishing).

Peanut bars with salted caramel
Preparation:
  • 1 Fry the nuts in a pan, pour them into a bowl and remove the excess husks.
  • 2 Melt sugar and butter.
  • 3 Heat cream, then add the hot cream to the pan, stirring constantly with a whisk.
  • 4 Add the roasted nuts and Himalayan salt to the pan.
  • 5 Transfer the resulting mass to a mould and let it harden.
  • 6 Remove the nut filling from the mould and cut it into convenient bars.
  • 7 Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
  • 8 Dip the bars in the chocolate or pour the chocolate on top of the bars.
  • 9 Put the cooked bars into a freezer for 10-15 minutes.
