Pizza rolls with turkey fillet and Pesto sauce

Ingredients:
For the dough: 
flour 125 g; 
water 75 ml; 
dry yeast 2 g;
sugar 2 g;
Setra salt 2 g;
olive oil 10 ml.
For the filling: 
1 can of Setra turkey fillet; 
red sweet pepper 30 g; 
red onion 30 g;
hard cheese 30 g; 
50 g soft cheese (mozzarella for pizza).
For Pesto sauce: 
green basil 50 g; 
pine kernels 20 g; 
garlic 5 g; 
lemon juice 5 ml; 
Setra salt 1 g; 
Parmesan 20 g; 
olive oil 150 ml.

Pizza rolls with turkey fillet and Pesto sauce
Preparation:
  • 1 Mix all the ingredients for the dough until smooth, let the dough rest and rise for 20 minutes. 
  • 2 Make the filling: mash the chicken with a fork, chop sweet pepper and red onion in filaments. Grate two types of cheese on a fine grater.
  • 3 For Pesto sauce: blend all the ingredients until smooth.
  • 4 Roll out the dough into a thin rectangular layer and brush with Pesto sauce. 
  • 5 Lay out the filling, sprinkle with grated soft cheese. 
  • 6 Put into a roll and cut into 3-4cm wide pieces. Place on a baking sheet with the cut on the top, and sprinkle with hard cheese. 
  • 7 Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200°C.
