Setra beef fillet with walnuts and orange zest

Ingredients:
1 can of canned Setra beef fillet; 
prunes 100 g; 
walnuts 100 g; 
shallots 50g;  
garlic 5 g;  
1 orange;  
smoked paprika 2 g; 
thyme 2 g;  
vegetable oil 50 ml;  
Setra salt and pepper to taste.

Setra beef fillet with walnuts and orange zest
Preparation:
  • 1 Fry the shallots and garlic in vegetable oil until it turn golden. 
  • 2 Add the chopped walnuts and sliced prunes and braise on medium heat for 20 minutes. 
  • 3 Next, add beef, orange zest, thyme, smoked paprika. 
  • 4 Fill with water so that the meat is completely covered with water. Braise on medium heat for another 15-20 minutes, adding water if necessary. 
  • 5 Add salt and pepper.
  • 6 Serve with boiled rice or potatoes.
