Ingredients:
For the souffle:
1 can of canned SETRA turkey fillet; 
hard cheese 100 g; 
walnuts 100 g; 
garlic 5 g; 
2 eggs; 
runner beans 100 g; 
curry 2 g; 
cherry tomatoes 30 g; 
micro greens for garnish. 
For wine sauceа: 
assorted berries 50 g; 
dry red wine 200 ml; 
honey 20 g; 
thyme 1 g.

Setra chicken fillet souffle with wine sauce
Preparation:
  • 1 For the souffle: use a blender to beat the turkey, eggs, cheese and walnuts with garlic, put them in small aluminum tins (120 ml). Season the curry beans and cherry tomatoes separately, put the vegetables in the tins. Cook in the oven in a water bath for 20 minutes. 
  • 2 For the sauce: mix wine, berries, honey and thyme. Simmer the sauce until thick. 
  • 3 Remove the ready dish from the tin and season it with wine sauce when serving.
