Ingredients:
For the filling:
1 can of Setra tuna pate; 
Parmesan 100 g; 
cream 33% 200 ml;
garlic 5 g; 
parsley 10 g; 
green basil 10 g.
For pasta: 
wheat flour 80 g;
semola flour 20 g; 
1 egg; 
1 tbsp of olive oil; 
Setra salt 2 g.

Cannelloni with Setra tuna pate
Preparation:
  • 1 Mix all the ingredients until smooth to make pasta. 
  • 2 Roll out the dough into thin layers, cut out rectangles. Put the filling on the long side and roll it into tubes. 
  • 3 For the filling, mix the tuna pate, chopped garlic, and chopped herbs.
  • 4 Put the resulting tubes in a baking dish, fill with cream, sprinkle with grated cheese. 
  • 5 Bake at 200 C° degrees for 25-30 minutes.
