Baked vegetables with Setra balsamic vinegar

Ingredients:
a few drops of Setra balsamic vinegar; 
broccoli;
cauliflower;
sweet pepper;
red sweet onion; 
cherry tomatoes; 
a few cloves of garlic;
a few drops of olive oil;
thyme to taste;
SETRA salt to taste.

Baked vegetables with Setra balsamic vinegar
Preparation:
  • 1 Wash the vegetables and dry them with paper towels.
  • 2 Separate broccoli and cauliflower into florets.
  • 3 Cut the bell pepper into strips.
  • 4 Chop the onion (so that it does not fall apart - clean it without cutting off the "root")
  • 5 Cut large tomatoes into several parts.
  • 6 Peel garlic cloves, and just crush them with the end of a knife.
  • 7 Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • 8 Put all the vegetables in a fireproof mold, pour olive oil, salt, and sprinkle with thyme leaves.
  • 9 Bake for 15 minutes in the oven, then cover the mold with foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
  • 10 Sprinkle the finished vegetables with balsamic vinegar.
