A thick and rich balsamic from the Italian region of Modena – the birthplace of the legendary Enzo Ferrari (the founder of the world famous car) and home of the finest balsamic vinegar since ancient times. This traditional balsamic with a light caramel twist is made from white grape varieties and protected by a special IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) mark, which confirms the authenticity of the product.

There are two products in the Setra balsamic vinegar range:
Balsamic vinegar, mass fraction of acetic acid: 6%.
Balsamic vinegar (aerosol packaging with a dispenser), mass fraction of acetic acid: 6%. 

Vinegar can have a cloudy natural sediment, which shows that it is a natural product.
