For over 700 years, sea salt has been produced by the traditional method of sea water evaporation in presence of sunlight. This preserves the original shape and porosity of crystals, completeness of the mineral composition and aroma of the sea. Setra natural sea salt is enriched with minerals and contains no additives. It requires no additional iodization. The large crystals are ideally suited for use in mills and for cooking meat and fish.
