The Russian Consumer Testing Institute tested 12 popular brands of canned cod liver.
The analysis showed that Setra cod liver is in full compliance with GOST in terms of quality and safety and the absence of the toxic chemical element cadmium. The liver content (mass fraction) in the product is 72% – the highest of the four brands (out of 12), which were recognized as compliant with GOST. The omega-3 content is 29% of all the fatty acids. The results obtained testify to the high quality of the feedstock and finished product.
